About Us

Golf Tee Warehouse is situated in the historic city of Exeter in the southwest of England and has been supplying golf tees to golfers and the trade since 2004.

We pride ourselves on our friendly personal service.

We specialize in selling a large range of golf tees and aim to stock virtually every type, style and brand of golf tee on the market and are always looking for new product lines to expand our range. We have over 1,500,000 golf tees always in stock and aim to keep every item we sell in stock at all times ready for immediate despatch enabling us to ship over 99% of orders from stock, providing you with short despatch times.
We buy in bulk so we can pass the savings onto our customers and are the main UK distributor for several brands.
All of our products are brand new and purchased direct from the manufacture or an authorized distributor, we do not sell shop soiled or ex-display goods and never purchase branded goods from unauthorized dealers where the authenticity of the product can not be guaranteed.

Our aim is to offer quality products at the most competitive prices on the Internet matched with exceptional customer service.

We despatch goods every day and orders (except courier deliveries) received before 4pm Monday to Friday will usually be posted the same day. We also offer a selection of delivery services so you can choose the service that suits your needs and budget.

We offer a 30 day no quibble return or exchange policy for any item purchased from our website.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you do not wish to pay online, you may provide your card details by phone.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

1.1 - These Terms should be read carefully by you before you place an order for goods. You will be asked to accept these Terms before placing your order. If you do not accept these Terms you should not place an order.

1.2 - When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a "Confirmation of Order" or "Order Dispatched" email. We reserve the right to reject an order where a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

1.3 - Goods contained on this website are offered subject to availability.

Delivery Schedule

2.1 - We aim to dispatch any orders received and paid for by 2pm on the same day (Mon-Fri). We will try our best to achieve this aim but does not imply a guarantee in any way.
We do not send out any orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Mainland UK orders lighter than 3kg will usually be sent via Royal Mail and orders heavier than 3kg by courier although we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method. Orders sent by courier will usually be dispatched on the nest working day following receipt of the order.

2.2 - An estimate of expected delivery times can be seen on our delivery details page.

2.3 - You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

2.4 - Every effort will be made to deliver goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, however we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered due to a delay in delivery.

2.5 - If you fail to take delivery of the goods and the goods are returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery costs or to refund the cost of the goods and deduct the cost of delivery.

2.6 - You must inform us within three working days of the expected delivery date if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Back Orders

3.1 - If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

3.2 - If we are unable to obtain new stocks of your item we will contact you to offer to refund the cost of the item or offer an alternative item.

Tax Charges

4.1 - For order made to the UK or within the European Union 20% VAT is included in the price. Orders delivered outside of the EU do not include VAT. We supply a VAT invoice with all orders.

4.2 - Where goods are sent to a delivery address outside of the the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes levied and responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the destination country.

Credit Card Security

5.1 - When the order is placed at our website you will be taken to the secure payment page of our payment processor where they will securely handle your credit or debit card details.

5.2 - When payment is made by credit card or debit card online at no point are your card details seen or stored by us. The card details are processed by our chosen card processor who are fully PCI-DSS compliant.

5.3 - If you choose to make your payment over the phone your details will not be stored and will be handled and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS requirements.

6.1 - We guarantee to replace or refund faulty products upon receipt and inspection of goods, within a period of 12 months from the purchase date (excludes consumable products)

6.2 - Golf Tees - Due to the nature of the product golf tees are treated as a consumable and as such are excluded from the guarantee.

6.3 - Where goods fail within the guarantee period, you should contact us with details of the fault and obtain a product returns number.

6.4 - On return of the item we will inspect the item and if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect we will arrange for a repair or for replacement item to be sent to you.

6.5 - If the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage we reserve the right not to repair or replace the item. If appropriate we may provide you with a quote for the repair of the item.

8.5 - Sharing your information
We have not and will never sell, disclose or share your information (including email addresses) to any third party organization or persons, except where necessary for goods delivery purposes and the processing of your payment, unless required to do so by law. Where your details are passed to third parties for above reasons the third party will also be bound not to sell or disclose the information.

8.6 - Security
All online payment details are transmitted using SSL encryption (128-bit) to our payment processing partner ensuring that they cannot be read whilst in transit over the internet, thus keeping your details safe from internet fraud and safer than using card in a shop or over the telephone.

When entering your card details online the details are passed directly to a secure payment server (indicated by the padlock symbol in your browser) and means that nobody at Golf Tee Warehouse ever sees or stores your credit card details.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

9.1 - Items Faulty or Damaged in Transit
If any items you receive are found to be faulty or have been damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items or packaging are visibly damaged and the delivery service requires a signature on receipt please sign the courier's delivery note as damaged. On receipt of the returned items we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund for the cost of the item. Where a refund has been requested we will also refund the full postage charge unless the item is part of a multiple item order in which case a proportion of the postage charge may be refunded. We will reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs, providing you have used the postage method advised by ourselves to return the goods.
If the product is found not to be faulty we will treat the return as a cancellation as outlined below.

9.2 - Cancellation
If you decide within 30 days of receipt of a product that you do not want to keep the item you can return the item to us for a refund or exchange of the item for an alternative product, unless it has been customised or personalised in any way Before returning the product you must notify us by email of your intent.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused 'as new' condition.
Once you have notified us of your intent to return the goods we will issue a customer returns number and you will have a period of calendar 14 days to return the goods to us. Do not return an item without a returns number.
When we receive the item back we will check its condition and if it is in good condition we will process a refund via your original payment method.
If the original order was delivered free of charge a shipping charge will be made and deducted from any refund due.

9.3 - Incorrect Item Received or Shortage
If you have received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, we ask that you report it to us within 5 working days, we will then inform you how to proceed. If an item is missing please check the paperwork sent with your order to ensure the item is not being sent in a separate parcel.

9.4 - If you have purchased an item that is personalised or customised in any way we will be unable to offer a refund unless the item is faulty.

9.5 - It is your responsibilty to ensure that returned goods reach us. We cannot refund any item that is not returned. We recommend you request a proof of postage certificate (free) from the Post Office or send using recorded post when you return the goods and request that you to ensure the package is correctly addressed and adequately packaged..

9.6 - Please notify us of all returns before you send any items back as we cannot accept unsolicited returns.

9.7 - This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
