Use Parent (=Orders placed before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day

Your order will usually be sent using a Royal Mail service, but for orders over 2kg we may use a parcel courier

Free UK Delivery on all orders over £75

Free Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days

Express Delivery £3.95 takes 2 to 3 days
Economy Delivery £2.95 takes 3 to 7 days
Special Delivery £8.95 (Next day if ordered before 2pm, not guaranteed for weekends)

International options
Europe from £7.95 takes 5 - 10 days
Rest of World from £10.50 takes 10 to 21 days

Refunds & Exchanges

30 days returns policy on all returns for Refund or Exchange

UK only

We will exchange items free of charge.
Subsequent exchanges will be charged at our 1st Class rate.

International

All exchanges will be charged at your current international rate of postage.
